Is it safe and legal to use Vendly with Meta/WhatsApp?
Vendly automates two things: (1) scheduling your top ~15 items to post to groups at times you set, and (2) monitoring replies so you don't miss messages in busy chats. The actual buyer-seller conversation stays human, we don't automate negotiation or replies. That said, Meta's Terms of Service discourage automated bulk messaging. While Vendly is built for real marketplace activity (not spam), Meta could view scheduled broadcasts as automated activity and suspend your account. We work hard to minimize this risk, but it exists. Use responsibly: post quality listings, respect group rules, and don't over-message. Review Meta's Terms of Service and consider your own risk tolerance.
How does the free trial work?
Start Premium free for 14 days. We ask for your card up front so the trial converts automatically, but we email you 3 days before it ends, plenty of time to cancel if it's not for you.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
Yes, prices are shown and billed in MXN, INR, or TRY depending on your language, with USD as the fallback for everyone else.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you're over the new plan's item limit, older listings are simply hidden from your storefront until you're back under the limit or upgrade again.
